Louisiana born, now Texas bull rider Taylor Toves is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. At 25 years of age, Taylor’s dreams are coming true as he has cracked into the top 35 in the 2019 Professional Bull Riders World Standings. It is great to visit with a man that is on a mission to excel in his craft.
Today Word With A Champ visits with a 19-year-old bull riding sensation and winner of the Sioux Falls, South Dakota, PBR Unleash the Beast Tour, Mason Taylor. The young man from Maypearl, Texas road four outstanding bulls to claim his victory. The win here will boost his earnings deep into the pack to qualify for his first PBR World Finals, November 2019 in the city of lights, Las Vegas, Nevada. The smile on his face at the conclusion of this event is priceless.
The 3X Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Bareback Bronc Rider, TK Aus of Minnesota is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. He persisted 6 years in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association competition before qualifying for his first NFR. His persistence has paid off with victories from Cheyenne Frontier Days to New Town, ND near the 4 Bears Casino.
Universal Kempo Karate School’s, Instructor Mike McCue is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. Instructor Mike is making a difference in the youth of his community with the discipline he instructs. We enjoyed our time at karate class with instructor Mike and the results we see at home with our seven year old daughter.
Bull rider, Tanner Horner of Iowa is this weeks guest on Word With A Champ. Tanner is setting goals and reaching them in his chosen trade. He obtained a Rodeo scholarship in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association and represented his college in central Iowa, qualifying for the College National Finals Rodeo. His next goal is to qualify for the circuit finals in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, which can set him up for and Wrangler National Finals Rodeo qualification at a young age.
Cherokee Cowboy, Richard Ratley of Sharon, Kansas is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. Richard was victorious in the city of lights, Las Vegas Freestyle Bullfighting Competition. Richard is a class act we enjoyed his insight being rated as one of the top five rated bull fighters in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
The 2011 World Champion Bull Rider, Shane Proctor of Washington is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. He is in a league of his own when it comes to making minion both the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Professional Bull Riders. Shane grew up on the Colville Indian reservation and is a fine example of a professional athlete’s, athlete.
The 2001 International champion auctioneer, Jill Marie Wiles of Canby, Oregon, is our guests this week on Word With A Champ. Jill is also a coach at the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. We had the privilege of visiting with Jill and enjoyed her insight to life and being a great talent in her trade.
The 2018 World Champion Livestock Auctioneer, Jared Miller of Leon, Iowa is our guest on this weeks episode of Word With A Champ. Jared has taken advantage of the opportunities in his life by adding the ingredient of hard work. Mr. Miller is a devout father and husband that shares his insight to success with us. It is great to visit with an intelligent, classy gentleman that represents his world championship well.
Choctaw, Chickasaw, Emmett Hahn, one of the most talented drivers in dirt track racing, is our guest this week on Word With A Champ. Emmett and my father, the late great Cherokee driver, Benny”Wahoo” Taylor are pictured, they were the best of friends off and the fiercest of competitors on the track. Emmett visits about the success of the 33rd Annual Chili Bowl Nationals he produces and the value of auto racing as a family sport and entertainment.
